Trekking in Everest region and beholding the majestic view of the Everest is one of the most sought-after holiday trips around the world. However, many people cannot make it due to various reasons. There are number of things that affect the planning of the trip to Everest. The physical fitness of the trekkers, proper information about the trip and planning of the trip itinerary are the major things. If the program is not well planned, regardless of your age or physical fitness, trekking in Everest always poses a big challenge. The challenge becomes even bigger for relatively more mature people and the trekkers with children even just to trek in the lower elevations of the region, let alone reach the base camp. Keeping that in mind, we have brought a program especially for seniors and children to lower areas of Everest region in a relaxed and comfortable pace. The Everest view trek for Seniors is short in duration but more relaxed and slower in nature allowing adequate amount of time for trekkers to get acclimatized and make the ascent accordingly. However, the trek still provides some of the best experiences of Everest region.
The trek will take you through the legendary Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar to Syangboche and Khumjung. Gorgeous mountain views including the majestic view of Everest along with Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam, Tawoche, Thamserku, Kangtega and many more are simply breathtaking. Not only you will enjoy the views, visits to the famous Sherpa villages will let you know more about this mountain people who are known for their climbing prowess in the world.
In Everest view Trek for seniors, it is not only the program that is senior citizens and children friendly, the arrangement of other services is carefully made. Our field staffs are also trained according to the needs of the seniors and children. The arrangements of accommodation and foods will also be made with special attention. And we have been successfully running the senior version of Everest base camp trek too. The senior trekkers who dream to reach Everest base camp at leisure, we have Everest Base Camp Trek for Seniors as well.
