Trekking along the deepest river gorge in the world, Kaligandaki gorge, to the dry and barren land of Mustang, Lower Mustang Trekking allows you to enjoy the most fascinating landscapes and spectacular views of Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri, Hiuchuli, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri and many more. As it sits in the backdrop of the two Himalayan massifs of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna and occupies the southern edges of Tibetan plateau, it is absolutely mesmerizing to enjoy the landscape that is similar to that of Tibet -remote, dry and barren but greatly captivating.
Lower Mustang trekking is not only about the astonishing landscape and deepest gorge; you will be trekking through some charming villages, apple yards and some great scenic points. And moreover, you will also admire the diverse flora and fauna and the famous spiritual center, Muktinath where religions live in harmony. Both Hindus and Buddhists visit this place with great devotion.
